摘要
斜拉索与钢箱梁之间锚固区的结构复杂,索梁锚固区安全性是整体结构安全可靠的前提。通过对索梁锚固区钢锚箱建立有限元模型进行参数设计,分析研究钢锚箱主要构件钢板的厚度、开孔空间尺寸、削坡坡度变化和承压板倒角的设置等对锚箱结构受力的影响。结果表明:合适厚度钢板满足结构强度和刚度要求,同时有利于焊接质量和经济性;承压板倒角可以有效减小应力集中;开孔空间尺寸适度保证了施工操作需要,同时对孔周应力影响较小;削坡可以保证加劲板端部应力过渡平顺均匀。
Anchorage zone structure between cable and steel box girder is complex,security of which is a prerequisite for safety and reliability of integral structure. Parameters analysis is carried out by establishing the finite element model of the cable-girder anchorage zone of steel anchor box. Analysis the influence of thickness of main components of the steel anchor box,hole size,cutting slope changes and bearing plate chamfer setting of anchor box structure. The results showed that: the appropriate thickness of steel structure meet the requirements of strength and rigidity,and is conducive to the welding quality and economy; chamfer of bearing plate can effectively reduce the stress concentration; appropriate hole size can ensure construction and operation,at the same time has little influence on the stress around the hole; cutting slope can ensure transition of end stress of the stiffened plate is smooth and uniform.
