摘要
以2124铝合金厚板为研究对象,探索快速、经济、有效地间接测试断裂韧性值(KIC)的简单切口拉伸试验方法。通过大量光滑拉伸、切口拉伸以及断裂韧性试验,得到了含置信度的断裂韧性(KIC)与切屈比(切口强度与屈服强度比值,NTS/TYS)的关系。通过验证试验证实,本方法采用切口拉伸性能有效换算得到断裂韧性KIC值,对2124铝合金断裂韧性合格性判断正确且方便、可行。
A kind of quick,economical and valid test method was tried to find for getting KICin the article where aluminum 2124 plate was taken as a sample. This method intends to rearch the relationship between fracture toughness and ratio of notch tensile strength to yield strength. The test showed that there exist exponential relationship between KICvalue on confidence level and NTS / TYS. KICvalue for aluminum 2124 can be exactly obtained by NTS / TYS.
