西部高中体育特长生训练现状探析——以贵州省遵义县为例

An Exploration of Training State of P.E Elites of Senior High School Students in West China—— A Case Study of Zunyi County of Guizhou Province

通过对遵义县5所中学的体育教师、体育特长生、训练场地、器材以及体育特长生的管理现状进行实地调查分析。结果表明:1)遵义县各中学体育教师分布不均,男女比例失调,以中年中学一级教师居多;训练经验丰富,但缺乏创新和活力。2)体育特长生(尤其是女生)偏少、文化基础差,训练底子薄,升学率低。3)训练场地差距大、器材短缺,各学校领导不重视体育特长生的发展。4)在训练和管理中存在着诸多问题,如学训矛盾突出,训练课时间不足,训练课内容单调、训练方法老套、训练手段单一等。通过对遵义县5所中学体育高考特长生进行系统分析,以期为遵义县体育特长生升学率的提高及健康、持续发展提供参考。

After making an investigation into P.E Teachers, elites, training sites, apparatuses and the management of PE elites, we have found out that： 1） the proportion rate of PE teachers in high schools of Zunyi is not reasonable, nor is the proportion rate of male and female; though the training experience is rich, it lacks innovation and vitality; 2） the PE elites are not enough, esp. female elites, and they are poor in other subjects as well as PE training, resulting in low admission into colleges or universities; 3） there exists gaps between training sites and the apparatuses are not enough; leaders in schools are ignorant of the cultivation of PE elites; 4） there exist many a problem, such as the conflict between training and study, insufficient time of training, monotonous training content, etc. through a systematic analysis of PE elites attending Gaokao, which is hoped to provide an example for improving the admission rate and sustainable development of PE elites in Zunyi county.
