摘要
目的:探讨专科药师参与临床药物治疗的方法,评价药师参与药物治疗的效果。方法:采用回顾性的分析方法,对我院连续28个月的心血管专科药学工作记录进行分析。结果:药师参与临床药物治疗后,不合理用药的总例数明显下降,2012年为147例(43.49%),2013年为104例(30.77%),2014年为87例(25.74%);2014年较2012年减少40.82%。结论:专科临床药师积极探索并改进工作方式,参与药物治疗,提出用药建议,反馈相关问题,对于提高药物治疗效果、减少药品不良反应的发生具有一定的意义。
Objective： To investigate the methods of clinical pharmacists participating in drug treatment and evaluate the effect of clinical pharmacist＇s intervention on drug use. Methods： Work records of clinical pharmacist in cardiovascular ward in the past continuous 28 months were analyzed retrospectively. Results： The total number of irrational drug use was obviously reduced after the intervention of clinical pharmacist. The numbers of cases associated with inappropriate drug use were 147（43.49%） in 2012, 104（30.77%） in 2013 and 87（25.74%） in 2014. Compared with 2012, the number of cases associated with inappropriate drug use in 2014 declined by 40.82%. Conclusion： Clinical pharmacists could improve rational drug use by participating in drug therapy, giving medication suggestion and decreasing the occurrence of adverse drug reaction.
