摘要
目的:明确当归芍药散抗炎抗粘连的药理作用,探讨当归芍药散治疗慢性盆腔炎的免疫学机制。方法:采用混合细菌加机械损伤造模法制备慢性盆腔炎大鼠模型,测定ICAM-1、SIg-A、TNF-α和IL-1的阳性表达水平和SIg-A浓度变化。结果:给药组中、高剂量组大鼠ICAM-1、SIg-A、TNF-α和IL-1的检测值与模型组比较有明显差异(P<0.05),其中高剂量组与模型组比较有极显著差异(P<0.01),高剂量组与对照组中SIg-A浓度比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:证实了当归芍药散通过调节机体免疫功能治疗慢性盆腔炎,明确了当归芍药散抗炎抗粘连及改善免疫功能的作用机制。
Objective: To clear pharmacological effects of Danggui Shaoyao Powder anti- inflammatory and anti- adhesion and to study immunological mechanisms of Danggui Shaoyao Powder on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods:The rats were administered with mixed bacteria and mechanical damage to establish chronic pelvic inflammatory disease model and to detect the positive expression levels of ICAM- 1,SIg- A,TNF- α and IL- 1 and concentration changes of SIg- A. Results: The expressions of ICAM- 1,SIg- A,TNF- α and IL- 1 had obvious difference between middle and high dose groups and model group( P 〈0. 05),especially the high dose group( P〈 0. 01). The expression of SIg- A had significant difference between high dose group and control group( P〈 0. 05). Conclusion: Danggui Shaoyao Powder can treat chronic pelvic inflammatory disease by regulating immune function. This study clarified the mechanism of Danggui Shaoyao Powder anti- inflammatory and anti- adhesion and improving immune function.
