髓源抑制性细胞:肿瘤中西医结合免疫治疗的新靶点

摘要 髓源抑制性细胞(myeloid-derived suppressor cells,MDSCs)是一类未成熟骨髓细胞在多种病理情况下分化成熟受阻而形成的异质细胞群体。其在肿瘤微环境中通过JAK-STAT、NF-κB等通路发生大量扩增募集及活化效应,并在慢性炎症因子、细胞因子及机体免疫细胞等复杂网状关系作用下产生免疫抑制作用,具有免疫抑制作用,贯穿肿瘤发生发展的全过程。随着中医药的国际化,相关中药及方剂已证实可通过影响髓源抑制性细胞的扩增募集及活化进程发挥其抗肿瘤作用。中药提取物结合西药靶向调控MDSCs治疗策略具有巨大潜力。 Myeloid- derived suppressor cells are a class of immature bone marrow cells which block in maturation in a variety of pathological conditions. MDSCs increase,raise and activate through the pathway of JAK- STAT and NF- κB mainly in the tumor microenvironment. The effect of immunosuppression which runs through the development of tumor is due to the interaction of chronic inflammatory cytokines,cytokines and immune cells. With the internationalization of Chinese medicine,it has been proved that some Chinese medicine and prescriptions can control the progression of tumor by regulating MDSCs. There is a huge potential of herbal extracts combined with western medicine in targeted regulating MDSCs.
