温经汤治疗子宫内膜异位症大鼠不孕的作用机制研究

Study on Mechanism of Wenjing Decoction in Treating Rat Endometriosis Pregnancy

目的:从盆腔解剖结构、免疫、内分泌等方面研究温经汤治疗子宫内膜异位症大鼠不孕的作用机制。方法:50只SD大鼠分为空白组,子宫内膜异位症组(模型组),温经汤高剂量组,温经汤低剂量组,达那唑组。结果:1低剂量组:重度粘连率14%。高剂量组:重度粘连率为0。模型组:重度粘连率50%。达那唑组:重度粘连率25%。2模型组、低剂量组CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8均较正常值低,差异有显著性(P<0.05),高剂量组、达那唑组与模型组相比较CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8均有所提高,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。3模型组血清E2含量明显高于空白对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。与模型组比较,丹那唑组和温经汤高剂量组的E2水平明显降低,P水平明显提高,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。与空白组比较,模型组大鼠血清催乳素水平明显升高,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。与模型组比较,高剂量组和达那唑组的血清催乳素水平明显降低,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:温经汤通过改善盆腔粘连、免疫系统功能紊乱、内分泌紊乱等治疗子宫内膜异位症不孕。

Objective： To research the mechanism of action of Wenjing Decoction in the treatment of endometriosis rat infertility from the pelvic anatomy,immune,endocrine and other aspects. Methods： 50 SD rats were divided into the blank group,endometriosis group（ model group）,Wenjing Decoction high- dose group,Wenjing Decoction low- dose group,danazol group. Results： 1. Low- dose group： severe adhesion rate 14%. High- dose group： severe adhesion rate 0. The model group： severe adhesion rate 50%. Danazol group： severe adhesion rate 25%. 2. Model group and low dose group＇s CD3,CD4 and CD4 / CD8 were lower than the normal value and the difference was significant（ P 〈0. 05）. When high-dose group and danazol group compared with model group,the CD3,CD4 and CD4 / CD8 increased and the difference was significant（ P 〈0. 05）. 3. The content of serum E2 of model group was significantly higher than that in normal control group and the difference was significant（ P 〈0. 05）. Danazol and high- dose groups can effectively decrease the E2 level in serum of rats with endometriosis and increase the content of P and the difference was significant（ P 〈0. 05）. Compared with the blank group,the serum prolactin levels in the rats in the model group increased significantly（ P〈 0. 01）.Compared with the model group,high- dose group and danazol group can significantly reduce the serum prolactin level with significant difference（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Wenjing Decoction has very good improving effect to the pregnancy function of endometriosis rat model. By improving pelvic adhesion,immune system dysfunction,endocrine disorders and so on,Wenjing Decoction can treat endometriosis associated infertility.
