摘要
目的:观察金英胶囊的体外抑菌作用和对大肠杆菌致病菌株所致大鼠子宫炎症的治疗作用。方法:体外用液体试管法测定金英胶囊的抑菌作用。体内通过在大鼠子宫腔内注射临床分离致病大肠杆菌菌液制成子宫炎症及内膜粘连模型,随机分为空白组、手术组、模型组、妇炎净胶囊组、金英胶囊低、中、高剂量组,连续给药20 d,观察子宫大体变化和病理学改变。结果:金英胶囊对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌标准菌株和临床致病菌株、绿脓杆菌、枯草杆菌均有一定的抑制作用;对大肠杆菌所致子宫炎症动物模型,妇炎净胶囊组、金英胶囊中、高剂量组对子宫炎症变化和内膜粘连的改善作用均优于模型组,有显著性差异(P<0.05),低剂量金英胶囊组虽与模型组无显著性差异,但子宫炎症变化的程度轻于模型组。结论:金英胶囊有显著的抑菌作用,并对大鼠子宫炎症和内膜粘连模型有较好的改善作用,能减轻子宫病理改变,促进炎症修复,保持宫腔通畅。
Objective: To observe the effect of Jinying capsule in vitro bacteriostasis and the therapeutic effect of the uterine inflammation rat model caused by pathogenic Escherichia coli. Methods: By liquid test tube method in vitro,we studied the bacteriostatic action of the Jinying capsule. The rat uterine cavity was injected clinical isolated pathogenic Escherichia coli bacteria liquid to make the uterine inflammation and endometrial adhesion model. The rats were randomly divided into blank group,operation group,model group,Fuyanjing capsule group and groups with low,middle and high dosages of Jinying capsule,and then treatment with Jinying capsule for 20 days. The uterine morphological and pathological changes were detected and observed. Results: The Jinying capsule has certain inhibitory effect on staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli standard strains and clinical pathogenic strains,pseudomonas aeruginosa,bacillus subtilis. The effect on the uterine inflammation rat model of Fuyanjing capsule group and groups with middle and high dosages of Jinying capsule were better than the model group's( P〈 0. 05). There was no significant difference between in low dosage of Jinying capsule group and model group,but the uterine inflammation of low dosage group of Jinying capsule was slight.Conclusions: Jinying capsule has the effect on bacteriostatic and uterine inflammation and endometrial adhesion and can reduce the uterine pathological changes,promote inflammation restoration and keep uterine cavity unobstructed.
