健康成人不同年龄、不同性格对中医脉图的影响

Influences of Healthy Adults in Different Ages,Different Personalities on TCM Pulse Graph

目的：探讨年龄和性格对中医脉图的影响,阐明年龄和性格对脉图参数的影响规律。方法：采用上海中医药大学诊断教研室研制的ZM-III型智能脉象仪采集不同年龄段健康成人的右手关部的脉图,并通过艾森克人格量表计算性格,分别探析年龄和性格对脉图参数的影响。结果：与20-29岁年龄组比较,40岁以上年龄组的h3升高（P〈0.05）,h5明显降低（P〈0.01）,h3/h1显著升高（P〈0.01）,h5/h1明显降低（P〈0.01）,w/t显著升高（P〈0.01）;与30-39岁年龄组比较,40岁以上年龄组的h5/h1明显降低（P〈0.01）,w/t升高（P〈0.05）;与情绪不稳定组比较,情绪稳定组的h3/h1明显降低（P〈0.01）,h4/h1降低（P〈0.05）;与多血质组比较,抑郁质组的h1升高（P〈0.05）,h3/h1降低（P〈0.05）,h4/h1降低（P〈0.05）;与多血质组比较,黏液质组的h1升高P〈0.05）,h3显著升高（P〈0.01）。结论：（1）不同年龄段脉图参数变化有一定规律性,尤其40岁以后脉图参数变化最为显著,提示脉图可以评估不同年龄段的身体机能状态;（2）不同性格对脉图有一定的影响,情绪稳定的人群脉图均比不稳定人群较好。

Objective： To study the influences of ages and personalities on traditional Chinese medicine pulse graph and classify the regular influences of ages and personalities on the pulse diagram parameter. Methods： Adopt ZM- III intelligent pulse apparatus developed by laboratory diagnosis of Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Collect the pulse graph of right hands of healthy adults in different ages and different personalities calculated by the eysenck personality questionnaire and discuss the influence of age and character on The pulse diagram parameters. Results： Compared with the 20- 29 age group,in the age group over 40 years,h3 lifted（ P 〈0. 05）,h5 obviously reduced（ P 〈0. 01）,h3 / h1 obviously lifted（ P〈 0. 01）,h5 / h1 obviously reduced（ P〈 0. 01）,w / t obviously lifted（ P〈 0. 01）. Compared with the 30- 39 age group,in the age group over 40 years,h5 / h1 obviously reduced（ P〈 0. 01）,w / t lifted（ P 〈0. 05）. Compared with the emotionally stable group,in the unstable group,h3 / h1 obviously reduced（ P〈 0. 01）,h4 / h1 reduced（ P 〈0. 05）. Compared with the sanguineous temperament group,in the melancholic temperament group,h1 lifted（ P〈 0. 05）,h3 / h1 reduced（ P 〈0. 05）,h4 / h1 reduced（ P〈 0. 05）. Compared with the sanguineous temperament group,in the phlegmatic temperament group,h1 lifted（ P 〈0. 05）,h3 obviously lifted（ P〈 0. 01）. Conclusion：（ 1） Pulse diagram parameter changes of different ages have certain regularity,especially after the age of 40,pulse parameters is the most notable. Tip pulse graph can assess the physical condition of different ages.（ 2） Different personalities have some influences on the pulse graph. The pulse diagram of emotionally stable groups is better than the one of unstable groups.
