活血祛瘀汤预防髋关节置换术后并发症的临床疗效观察

Clinical Effects of Huoxue Quyu Decoction in Preventing Complications after Hip Replacement Operation

目的:探讨活血祛瘀汤在髋关节置换术后预防患者下肢深静脉血栓的临床疗效。方法:76例髋关节置换术患者随机分为两组,对照组患者只实施关节置换术,治疗组患者在此基础上加服活血祛瘀汤干预治疗,观察比较治疗前后两组患者凝血功能,血液流变学指标变化和患肢周径变化。结果:治疗组患者凝血酶原时间、凝血酶时间、纤维蛋白原、静脉血流速度,术后21 d与术后1 d比较差异显著(P<0.05);两组患者DVT发生率及DVT可疑发生率无统计学差异(P>0.05);术后21 d治疗组患肢周径与术后1 d比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:活血祛瘀汤能有效预防髋关节置换术后患者深静脉血栓的发生,无临床不良反应,安全可靠,疗效确切,可进行临床推广。

Objective： To discuss the clinical effects of Huoxue Quyu Decoction in preventing complications after hip replacement operation. Methods： 76 hip replacement patients as research object,were randomly divided into two groups.Patients with the control group only used implement joint replacement. On the basis of control group,the treatment group took Huoxue Quyu Decoction. Before and after treatment,we observed the blood coagulation function,hemodynamic indexes and limb cross- section diameter. Results： The PT,APTT,FIB and venous velocity on postoperative 21 st day had significant difference compared with those on postoperative 1st day（ P 〈0. 05）. The DVT incidence and the DVT suspicious incidence of two groups had no statistical difference（ P 〉0. 05）. The limb cross- section of treatment group on postoperative 21 st day and postoperative 1st day had statistical difference（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Huoxue Quyu Decoction can effectively prevent the happening of the DVT after hip replacement with no clinical side effects and it is safe and reliable,worthy of clinical promotion.
