MR扩散加权成像在22例胶质瘤患者的诊断应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨MR扩散加权成像(DWI)在胶质瘤诊断中的应用价值,为临床医生正确诊断和合理治疗提供可靠的影像学支持。方法采用荷兰飞利浦1.5T MR磁共振成像系统,选取22例手术后病理证实脑胶质瘤患者,术前均常规行MR增强扫描加平扫、DWI成像扫描并影像为胶质瘤病例。对照分析病变的实质部分、周围水肿区以及正常脑组织的表观弥散系数(ADC值),并进行统计学分析。结果胶质瘤的ADC值与正常的脑组织比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 MR扩散加权成像在胶质瘤的诊断中应用价值较高。
