对神经内科患者采取指引护理体系的临床意义

Clinical significance of applying nursing guidance mode for patients in department of neurology

目的研究对神经内科患者采取指引护理体系的临床意义。方法 100例神经内科就诊患者,随机分为试验组与对照组,各50例,对照组采取普通内科护理,试验组在对照组的基础上采取指引护理体系,比较两组患者对护理的满意度以及并发症发生情况。结果试验组并发症发生率为8%,对照组为22%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组护理的满意度为86%,对照组为50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对神经内科患者给予患者护理指引模式,能够有效提高护理满意度,减少并发症的发生,值得在临床推广。

ObjectiveTo research clinical significance of applying nursing guidance mode for patients in department of neurology.MethodsA total of 100 patients in department of neurology were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received general internal medical nursing, and the experimental group received additional nursing guidance mode. Comparisons were made on satisfaction degree of nursing and complications between the two groups.ResultsThe experimental group had incidence of complications as 8%, and that in the control group was 22%. Their difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Satisfaction degree of nursing was 86% in the experimental group and 50% in the control group, and their difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）.ConclusionImplement of nursing guidance mode for patients in department of neurology can effectively improve satisfaction degree of nursing and reduce occurrence of complications. This method is worthy of clinical promotion.
