普胸外科手术围手术期肺部并发症防治分析

Analysis of prevention and control of pulmonary complications in perioperative period of general thoracic surgery

目的探讨分析普胸外科手术围手术期患者肺部并发症防治相关措施以及效果。方法 100例普胸外科接受手术治疗患者,在手术前进行呼吸道准备、术中操作得当、合理,术后对其并发症加以防治、呼吸道进行管理等护理措施。结果 100例患者中出现肺部并发症15例,占15%,其中肺部感染、肺不张以及胸腔积液的患者分别有8例、4例、3例。所有肺部并发症感染患者经系统治疗后均康复出院。结论做好普胸外科患者术前呼吸道准备以及术后呼吸道处理后能从根本上降低其出现肺部并发症的可能性,从而提升患者的健康水平。

Objective To investigate and analyze relevant measures in prevention and control and the effects in patients with pulmonary complications in perioperative period of general thoracic surgery.Methods There were 100 patients receiving general thoracic surgery for treatment. They received nursing measures by preventing complications and treating respiratory tract after operation, on the basis of preoperative respiratory tract preparation, intraoperative rational operation. Results 15 cases among the 100 patients had pulmonary complications, accounting for 15%. Pulmonary infection, pulmonary atelectasis and pleural effusion respectively occurred into 8, 4 and 3 cases. All the patients with pulmonary complications were cured and left hospital by systematic treatment.Conclusion Implement of preoperative respiratory tract preparation and postoperative respiratory tract treatment can radically reduce occurrence of pulmonary complications in patients, so as to improve their health.
