基于组织支持视角的酒店员工离职倾向控制策略——来自无锡地区酒店行业的实证调查

摘要 基于组织支持理论,选取工作支持、价值认同和关心利益三方面的因素,探讨其对组织支持感的影响以及组织支持感与离职倾向间的关系,并以无锡市11家高星级酒店405名员工为有效调查样本进行实证分析。结果表明,组织支持感及三个维度与离职倾向均呈显著负相关。 Based on organizational support theory, this thesis selects work support, value appreciation and caring interests as three factors, in order to study the influence of the sense of perceived organizational support and the relationship between the sense of perceived organizational support and turnover intension. This thesis takes 405 hotel employees as effective samples from 11 first-class hotels in Wuxi to conduct empirical analysis. The study turns out that there is significant negative correlation between organizational support, as well as three factors, and the turnover intension.
