摘要
地接导游的工作具有服务短暂性、地域通晓性和讲解复杂性等特点,调查武汉市导游队伍现状,从性别、学历等多个方面分析其中存在的问题,提出优化导游结构、完善考核机制、加大培养力度等对策。
Local guides' work is characterized by short service, familiaruty with the district and complicated explanation. From the current situation of local guides in Wuhan, it analyses the existed problems from the aspects of gender and educational background, and the countermeasures are put forward, such as optimizing the guide structure, perfecting the evaluation mechanism and increasing the intensity of training.
