The Path Selection of Deepening State-owned Enterprises Reform Based on SWOT Analysis Options: a Case Study of A Group

运用SWOT分析法,分析A集团在深化改革中面临的优势、劣势、机会、威胁。在经济发展新常态的背景下,A集团应着重从以下方面采取措施:明确定位,整合"三农"资源;延伸链条,做强农村金融;创立品牌,做优农村实业;加快改革,激发内部活力;多措并举,夯实人才支撑;优化投资,实施"走出去"战略。

Using the SWOT analysis method, this paper analyses the superiority, weaknesses, opportunities and threats that A group facing during deepening the reforms. Under the background of economic development in the new normal, A group should focus on the measures of the following： pinpoint the position to integrate the three agricultural resources; extend the chain to strengthen the rural financial; create new brands to optimize rural industry; speed up the reform to stimulate the internal vitality; simultaneously take more measures to reinforce the personnel support; increase investment to actualize the strategy of going out.
