摘要
通过总结高面板堆石坝内部变形测量方法的基本技术要求和关键技术,开发出能够测量1 000m管线长度的高面板堆石坝内部变形监测的管道机器人系统,误差控制分析结果表明单点及整体测量误差均满足测量精度要求;通过1∶1等比尺模型试验测试及成果对比分析,实测结果与实际调节量较为吻合,利用管道机器人技术测量高面板堆石坝内部变形的方法可行且适用。
Based on the study of the existing basic and key technical requirements of inner deformation measuring method of high concrete faced rockfill dams ,a new pipe robot system was developed .This system can measure the inner deforma-tion of the dams with pipes of 1 000 m long .According to the analysis of error control ,the errors of single points and overall measuring can both meet the accuracy requirements .The measured results are consistent with the actual adjust-ment data ,based on the 1∶1 modeling test and comparison analysis of the results .So the application of pipe robot system in measuring the inner deformation of high concrete faced rockfill dams is feasible and effective .
