摘要
通过对西安地铁3号线地下车站防水设计及其效果研究,提出了一套适用于西安地铁地下车站的防水设计方案。研究中选择典型车站进行试验,比较了不同防水方案下的防水效果,确定了后续西安地铁地下车站外包防水、接缝防水和顶板防水的设计方案,并根据防水效果,提出了相应的改进措施和建议。建议在地下水丰富且地层复杂地段采用聚乙烯高分子自粘防水卷材;在施工缝防水管理中建议重点把控对垂直施工缝中部设置钢边橡胶止水带、水平施工缝中部设置镀锌钢板止水带的接头处理。
Based on the study of the waterproof design and its effect for the underground stations of Xi’an Metro Line No . 3 ,a set of waterproof design schemes which are suitable for these stations were proposed .In the study ,the waterproof ef-fects of different schemes were tested out on a few typical stations ,and then the subsequent waterproof schemes were de-termined ,which were the combination of outer waterproof coating of the structure ,joint and roof waterproofing .More-over ,the improvement measures and suggestions for the subsequent construction were put forward based on the waterproof effects .It is suggested that macromolecule polythene self-adhesive waterproof roofing should be adopted in the sections with complex strata and abundant ground water .During the construction of the joint waterproofing ,the installation of steel-edged rubber water stop in the middle of the vertical joints and galvanized steel plate water stop in the middle of the horizontal joints should be handled with extra attention .
