摘要
高校辅导员考核过程中存在缺乏权威性较高的考核量表、考核指标相对泛化、辅导员工作年限未能纳入考核体系等问题。《高等学校辅导员职业能力标准(暂行)》将高校辅导员职业活动的内容进行细化,强调发挥职业能力考核的导向作用,依此设计权威性强的考核量表,细化考核指标,将考核结果作为辅导员晋升发展的重要依据。
Problems existing in college advisors'performance assessment include lack of authoritative assessment scales, overly generalized assessment indexes and zero consideration of work seniority. The Occupational Competency Standards for College Advisors (Interim) gives a specific description of college advisors' occupational activities and lays great emphasis on the guiding function of occupational competency assessment. Assessment scales must be designed in accordance with the Standards with more detailed performance indicators and the result should be taken into account in times of promotion.
