摘要
大学生的人际交往自信高于学习自信,学习自信高于生涯发展自信;高社会经济地位大学生的自信水平高于其他大学生;性别和年级之间有显著的交互作用,男大学生的自信水平有先下降、再缓慢提升的趋势,而女大学生的自信水平呈现出逐渐上升的趋势,因此本文从生涯辅导、成就动机训练和心理辅导等方面提出自信教育的对策。
University students tend to have higher self--confidence in interpersonal communication than in learning and higher self-confidence in learning than in career development. Students whose socioeconomic status is relatively higher than others tend to be more self--confident as well. When gender and grade are concerned, male university students' confidence tend to decline first and then slowly pick up whereas female students' confidence tend to keep rising slowly. This paper suggests to boost university students' through career guidance, achievement motivation training and psychological counseling.
