摘要
研究等离子体质谱法检测赣南某钨矿山采矿区周边土壤的重金属铜铅锌镉的方法.在实验中比较几种样品前处理方式的优劣;考察内标元素的选择和共存离子的干扰;并探讨方法的准确性和稳定性.实验中样品测定的RSD〈3%,加标回收率为97%~103%;实验还比对了质谱法和原子吸收分光光度法检测结果,得到2种方法结果无显著性差异.结果表明:用等离子体质谱仪检测土壤中铜铅锌镉的方法切实可行,能够满足环境监控要求.
This paper studies the technologies of determining heavy metals, such as copper, zinc and cadmium contained in the soil of a tungsten mine by applying the plasma mass spectrometry method. The advantages and disadvantages of several sample pretreatment methods are discussed. We also discussed the selection of internal standard elements and the interference of coexisting ions by discussing the accuracy and stability of the method. The RSD〈3 % of the sample was measured, and the recovery rate was 97 %-103 %. The experimental results were compared with the mass spectrometry and atomic absorption spectrometry. The results of the two methods showed no significant differences. The experimental results show that the method of detecting Cu and Zn in soil by using plasma mass spectrometry is feasible and can meet the requirements of environmental mon- itoring.
