集束干预管理路径在椎间孔镜下腰椎间盘突出髓核摘除术中的应用

Application of the bundle of intervention in the management of patients undergoing PTED for lumbar intervertebral disc herniation

目的：探讨集束干预管理路径在椎间孔镜下腰椎间盘突出髓核摘除术中的应用效果。方法：将我院2013年1月~2014年1月收治的100例腰椎间盘突出髓核摘除患者随机分为观察组和对照组各50例,对照组进行常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用集束干预管理的护理方法,观察并对比两组患者的护理效果。结果：两组患者护理后抑郁、焦虑评分均降低（P〈0.05）,并且观察组显著低于对照组（P〈0.05）;观察组护理有效率显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）;观察组疼痛评分和疼痛持续时间显著低于对照组（P〈0.05）;观察组平均手术时间及术中出血量显著少于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：集束干预管理路径在椎间孔镜下腰椎间盘突出髓核摘除术中的护理效果显著,有利于减少并发症,提高患者生活质量。

Objective：To investigate the effect of the bundle of intervention in the management of patients undergoing PTED for lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. Methods：100 patients who underwent PTED for lumbar intervertebral disc herniation in our hospital（Jan. 2013 to Jan. 2014）were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group（50 cases in each group）. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing care and the patients in the observation group were additionally provided the bundle of intervention in the management,the nursing effect was observed and compared between the two groups. Results：The depression and anxiety scores of the patients decreased in the two groups after nursing care（P ﹤ 0. 05）;the depression and anxiety scores of the patients were significantly low-er in the observation group than the control group（P ﹤ 0. 05）;the effective rate of nursing care in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P ﹤ 0. 05）;the score and duration of pain of the patients was significantly lower in the observation group than the control group（P ﹤ 0. 05）;the average operation time and intraoperative blood loss was significantly shorter and less in the observation group than the control group（P ﹤ 0. 05）. Conclusion：The effect of bundle of intervention in the management of patients under-going PTED for lumbar intervertebral disc herniation is remarkable and it can reduce the complications and improve the quality of life of the patients.
