摘要
目的:探讨舒适护理在卵巢过度刺激综合征(OHSS)患者中的应用方法及效果。方法:将199例OHSS患者随机分为观察组103例和对照组93例,对照组实施常规护理,观察组在此基础实施舒适护理,比较两组患者住院时间和护理满意率。结果:观察组护理满意率为96.12%,对照组护理满意率为85.42%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者平均住院时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对OHSS患者实施舒适护理可有效提高患者满意率,缓解患者心理压力,促进患者恢复。
Objective：To explore the application method and effect of comfort nursing in the treatment of patients with ovarian hyper -stimulation syndrome（OHSS）. Methods：199 patients with OHSS were randomly divided into the observation group（n = 103）and the con-trol group（n = 93）. The patients in the control group received routine nursing care and the patients in the observation group received com-fort nursing. The hospitalization time and satisfaction rate of nursing service was compared between the two groups. Results：The satisfaction rate of nursing care was 96. 12% in the observation group and 85. 42% in the control group（P ﹤ 0. 05）;the average length of hospital stay was shorter in the observation group than the control group（P ﹤ 0. 05）. Conclusion：The comfort nursing applied to OHSS patients can ef-fectively improve patient satisfaction,ease their psychological pressure and promote the recovery of the patients.
