反馈式沟通流程对急性脑出血预期手术患者的影响

Influence of type feedback communication process on patients with expected operation on acute cerebral hemorrhage

目的:探讨反馈式沟通流程对急性脑出血预期手术患者的影响。方法:将113例急性脑出血预期手术患者随机分为观察组56例和对照组57例,对照组实施常规护理流程,观察组实施反馈式沟通流程,比较两组护理效果。结果:两组获得救治时间、D-S时间、抢救成功率、并发症发生率、住院期间病死率、住院时间、整体满意率比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者转运过程中和入院后急性生理功能和慢性健康状况评分系统Ⅱ(APACHEⅡ)评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:反馈式沟通流程可以提高急性脑出血预期手术患者的急救成功率,降低病死率,缩短住院时间,提高满意度。

Objective：To explore the influence of type feedback communication process on patients with expected operation on acute cerebral hemorrhage. Methods：113 patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into the observation group（n = 56）and the control group（n = 57）. The routine nursing process was used in the control group and the type feedback communication process was a-dopted in the observation group,the nursing effect was compared between the two groups. Results：There were statistically significant differ-ences in the comparison of the time to receive rescue and treatment,D - S time,the success rate of rescue,the incidence of complications, fatality rate during hospitalization,hospitalization time and the overall satisfaction rate between the two groups（P ﹤ 0. 05）;the differences in the comparison of the APACHE II scores of the patients in the transport process and after hospitalization were not statistically significant （P ﹥ 0. 05）. Conclusion：Application of type feedback communication process can increase the success rate of rescue and reduce fatality rate in patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage and can shorten the length of hospital stay and improve patient satisfaction.
