丁胺卡那霉素联合头孢哌酮/舒巴坦治疗老年呼吸机相关性肺炎的有效性和安全性

The effect and safety of amikacin combined with cefoperazone / sulbactam in the treatment of ventilator- associated pneumonia

目的探讨丁胺卡那霉素联合头孢哌酮/舒巴坦治疗老年呼吸机相关性肺炎的有效性及安全性。方法选取2011年1月—2013年6月于南充市中心医院收治的老年呼吸机相关性肺炎患者46例,随机分为治疗组24例和对照组22例。治疗组给予丁胺卡那霉素联合头孢哌酮/舒巴坦治疗,对照组给予头孢哌酮/舒巴坦治疗,比较两组临床疗效、细菌疗效和不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组临床有效率、细菌清除率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论丁胺卡那霉素联合头孢哌酮/舒巴坦治疗老年呼吸机相关性肺炎疗效显著,安全可靠。

Objective To study the effect and safety of amikacin combined with cefoperazone / sulbactam in the treat-ment of elderly patients with ventilator - associated pneumonia. Methods A total of 46 elderly patients with ventilator - associ-ated pneumonia were selected in the Central Hospital of Nanchong City from January 2011 to June 2013,they were randomly di-vided into treatment group（n = 24）and control group（n = 22）. The treatment group were treated with amikacin combined with cefoperazone / sulbactam,the control group were treated with cefoperazone / sulbactam,the clinical effects,bacteria cura-tive effect,incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups were compared. Results The clinical effective rate,bacteri-al eradication rate of treatment group were higher than control group,the differences were statistically significant（P ﹤ 0. 05）;incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups showed no significant differences（P ﹥ 0. 05）. Conclusion Amikacin combined with cefoperazone / sulbactam has significant efficacy in the treatment of ventilator - associated pneumonia in elderly, and has good safety.
