摘要
目的总结合理应用抗菌药物的管理方法。方法对医院2012年7月-2013年6月(PDCA循环前)及2013年7月-2014年6月(PDCA循环后)抗菌药物的应用情况进行分析。2013年7月-2014年6月按照PDCA循环管理法的计划、实施、检查、处理程序对抗菌药物应用进行管理和控制,利用统计学方法对PDCA循环管理前后用药指标进行回顾性对比分析。结果 PDCA循环管理后门诊、急诊、住院患者和I类切口抗菌药物使用率及抗菌药物药占比低于PDCA循环管理前,PDCA循环管理后各科室抗菌药物使用率均低于PDCA循环管理前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运用PDCA循环管理方法能有效地促进抗菌药物的临床应用管理。
Objective To sum up the management methods of rational use of antimicrobial drugs. Methods Analysis the application of antibacterial drugs from July 2012 to June 2013,and July 2013 to June 2014. Conducted in accordance with PDCA cycle method planning,implementation,inspection,processing procedures,and management and control of antimicrobial drugs. Comparative the indicators before and after the PDCA management. Results The frequency of antibiotics use in outpatient,emergency,inpatient,class I cut were lower than that before PDCA management,the frequency of antibiotics use on various departments were lower than that before PDCA management,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion PDCA management can promote the rational use of antibiotics.
