血清sICAM-1、PCT水平与急性胰腺炎的相关性分析 被引量：5

摘要 目的探讨血清s ICAM-1、PCT水平与急性胰腺炎的相关性。方法选择2013年2月-2014年10月我院就诊的102例急性胰腺炎患者为研究组,选择同期入我院检查的健康者80例为健康组,对比观察2组血清可溶性细胞间粘附分子-1(s ICAM-1)、降钙素原(PCT)水平。结果研究组血清s ICAM-1、PCT水平均显著性的高于健康组(P<0.05)。结论血清s ICAM-1、PCT与急性胰腺炎具有相关性,可作为急性胰腺炎诊断的血清学检查指标,其对疾病的辅助诊断具有重要的临床意义。
