A great challenge has been encountered while we are pushing the oil drilling machine to the international high-end market. This paper points out the main gap between the Chinese drilling machine and the international high-end customers is HSE management. Relevant problems are summarized and classified. And suggestions for improving the equipment supervision work are provided. It points out that as long as we understand the gap, summarize experience and make uninterrupted improvement, plant engineering consultants will surely grasp the opportunity to make new contribution to exporting our oil equipment to the international high-end market.
