糖尿病肾病运用中医治疗的疗效探讨

Clinical Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Treating Diabetic Nephropathy

目的探讨糖尿病肾病运用中医治疗的疗效。方法选取124例糖尿病肾病患者作为研究对象,随机进行分组;对照组采取常规治疗,控制血糖、控制血压及饮食疗法;观察组在常规治疗基础上,运用中医治疗,采用肾衰方加减治疗,药方:生大黄、茯苓、山药、人参、白术、当归、泽泻、陈皮、砂仁、甘草;对比两组患者治疗前后的血肌酐(Scr)、内生肌酐清除率(Ccr)、血尿素氮(BUN)、24 h尿蛋白定量,综合评价患者的治疗效果。结果治疗前,两组患者的Scr、Ccr、BUN及24 h尿蛋白定量均无显著性差异(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的Scr、Ccr、BUN及24 h尿蛋白定量均显著小于对照组,均较治疗前显著下降(P<0.05);观察组临床总有效率为91.94%,对照组临床总有效率为74.19%;两组数据具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病肾病运用中医治疗的疗效确切,可显著延缓肾功能障碍的病情发展,改善患者的肾功能及预后,具有临床可行性。

Objective To study the effect of treating diabetic nephropathy by using traditional Chinese medicine. Methods A total of 124 cases of patients with diabetic nephropathy（DN） as the research object, randomly grouped; while the control group was treated with conventional therapy, blood glucose control, control blood pressure, and diet therapy; observation group on the basis of routine treatment, the use of Chinese medicine treatment, treated with Shenshuai Decoction in the treatment, prescription： rhubarb, tuckahoe, Chinese yam, ginseng, white atractylodes rhizome, Chinese angelica root, Oriental waterplantain rhizome, tangerine peel, amomum fruit and liquorice. Before and after treatment were compared between the two groups of blood creatinine（SCR）, creatinine clearance rate（CCR）, blood urea nitrogen（bun）, 24 hour urinary protein quantitative, comprehensive evaluation of patients with treatment effect. Results Before treatment, two groups of patients with Ccr, BUN, Scr and 24 hours urinary protein quantitative were no significant difference（ P〈0.05）; after treatment, the observation group of patients with Ccr, BUN, Scr and 24 hours urinary protein were significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.05）; the clinical total effective rate was 91.94% in the observation group, the clinical total effective rate was74.19%; the data of the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of diabetic nephropathy with Chinese medicine is effective, it can significantly delay the development of renal dysfunction, improve the renal function and prognosis of patients with clinical feasibility.
