品管圈活动在糖尿病健康教育中的应用与效果

Application and Effect of Quality Control Circle Activity in Diabetes Health Education

目的探讨品管圈活动在糖尿病健康教育中的应用与效果。方法选取2013年12月—2015年1月医院收治的糖尿病患者556例,按照住院的先后顺序分为两组,对照组278例给予常规健康教育方法,观察组278例给予品管圈活动健康教育方法,比较两组患者的平均知晓率,空腹血糖和餐后2 h血糖值。结果观察组的平均知晓率为93.95%,对照组的平均知晓率为72.33%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组空腹血糖值为(4.79±1.69)mmol/L,餐后2 h血糖值为(5.14±1.43)mmol/L,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论品管圈活动健康教育可以明显提高糖尿病患者的知晓率,对提高患者的生活质量具有重要作用,值得在临床上大力推广应用。

Objective To investigate the application and effect of quality control circle activity in diabetes health education.Methods From December 2013 to January 2015, 556 patients with diabetes were divided into two groups according to the order of hospitalization, 278 cases in the control group were given conventional health education method, and the average awareness rate was compared between the two groups. Results The average awareness rate of the observation group was72.33%, the control group was 93.95%, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）, the fasting blood glucose level in the observation group was mmol/L（1.69±1.43） mmol/L, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Health education can significantly improve the awareness rate of diabetes patients, it is important to improve the quality of life of patients, it is worth promoting in clinical application.
