临床护理路径在胰岛素注射治疗2型糖尿病中的应用效果

Application Effect of Clinical Nursing Pathway in The Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes With Insulin Injection

目的探讨临床护理路径在胰岛素注射治疗2型糖尿病中的应用效果。方法选取2014年1月—2015年1月来该院治疗的2型糖尿病患者166例,随机分为两组,实验组采用临床护理路径方法,对照组则采用常规护理方法,比较两组患者的住院时间、住院费用、入院和出院时的血糖水平,掌握胰岛素的相关知识以及护理满意度。结果实验组的住院时间和住院费用均明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。出院时,实验组的空腹血糖为(6.82±1.93)mmol/L和餐后2 h血糖为(8.53±1.37)mmol/L明显优于对照组空腹血糖为(8.42±1.63)mmol/L和餐后2 h血糖为(10.94±1.74)mmol/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者掌握胰岛素相关知识水平以及护理满意度均明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用临床护理路径在胰岛素注射治疗2型糖尿病中具有较好的疗效,能明显缩短住院时间,降低住院费用,更好的控制血糖水平,明显提高对胰岛素相关知识的掌握和护理满意度,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the effect of clinical nursing pathway in the treatment of type 2 diabetes with insulin injection. Methods In 2014 January 2015 in January to 166 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes treated in our hospital and randomly assigned to two groups, two groups of patients were treated with insulin injection in the treatment of, the experimental group adopted the method of clinical nursing path, the control group was treated with routine nursing method, compared two groups of patients with the length of hospital stay, hospital costs, admission and discharge of blood glucose levels,insulin to master the related knowledge and nursing satisfaction. Results The hospitalization time and hospitalization expenses of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Fasting blood glucose in the experimental group（6.82±1.93） mmol / L and postprandial 2 h blood glucose（8.53±1.37） mmol/L was significantly better than the control group, fasting blood glucose（8.42 ±1.63） mmol / L and postprandial 2 h blood sugar（10.94±1.74） mmol/L, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Experimental group mastered insulin-related knowledge and satisfaction with care were significantly higher, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The use of clinical nursing pathway in insulin treatment of type 2 diabetes with good effect, can significantly shorten hospital stays, reduce hospital costs, better control of blood sugar levels, insulin significantly improved mastery of knowledge and care satisfaction, worthy of promotion
