血液透析治疗糖尿病肾病过程中实施护理干预方法及效果评价

Methods and Effects of Nnursing Intervention in the Treatment of Diabetic Nephropathy

目的探究血液透析治疗糖尿病肾病过程中实施护理干预方法及效果评价。方法将该院2014年6月—2015年6月收治的100例血液透析治疗糖尿病肾病患者随机分成两组,对照组和实验组。对照组患者采用常规护理,实验组患者采用综合护理干预措施。结果对照组并发症的发生率是14%,实验组并发症的发生率是4%;对照组和实验组护理后的焦虑评分和抑郁评分较之于护理前均降低,实验组下降更加明显;对照组患者对于护理工作的满意度是88%,实验组患者对于护理工作的满意度是96%。结论对于血液透析治疗糖尿病肾病的患者,采用综合护理干预措施治疗的效果更好,可以在临床上广泛推广。

Objective To explore the method and effect of nursing intervention in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy.Methods 100 cases of diabetic nephropathy treated with hemodialysis were randomly divided into two groups, the control group and the experimental group. The control group was treated with routine nursing, and the experimental group was treated with comprehensive nursing intervention. Results Control the incidence of complications was 14%, the complications in the experimental group the incidence rate is 4%; control group and the experimental group care after the scores of anxiety and depression score compared with nursing before decreased, the experimental group decreased more obvious; the control group of patients for nursing job satisfaction is 88%, experimental group of patients for nursing job satisfaction is 96%.Conclusion For hemodialysis patients with diabetic nephropathy, the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention is better,and it can be widely used in clinic.
