摘要
目的研究儿童糖尿病酮症酸中毒急救与护理,保障患儿生活质量。方法选取2012年12月—2013年10月来该院治疗35例儿童糖尿病酮症酸中毒患儿临床资料,35例患儿多在生活里,家长无意中发现孩子尿液黏稠,并伴有苹果味,来院就诊,经化验被确诊为糖尿病。也偶患有感冒大龄儿童,发病初期或伴有周身无力时,生化采血检查,出现血糖高值超出正常值。并进行症状分析观察,如生命体征监测、观察尿量、监测血糖、尿糖、血尿酮体、并观察使用胰岛素副作用等,并加强整体全面的护理干预。结果进行酮症酸中毒重症观察研究的35例患儿,其中痊愈的28例,显效5例,好转2例,无效的0例。总有效率为94.2%。结论当糖尿病患儿出现病酮症酸中毒症状时,及时掌握病情动态,快速实施抢救护理手段,迅速建立静脉通道,使用胰岛素,纠正酸中毒,缓解酮症酸中毒症状,并通过有效护理途径,饮食控制,血糖监测,心理护理。健康宣教等,减少患儿病情复发,并减少对机体各功能脏器的损害程度,治疗结果35例患儿均治疗出院,显著提高护理质量,达到疾病预后的最佳状态。
