老年腰椎管狭窄伴糖尿病患者围手术期综合护理效果研究

In Elderly Patients with Lumbar Spinal Stenosis Associated with Diabetes Comprehensive Perioperative Care Effect Research

目的探讨老年腰椎管狭窄伴糖尿病患者在行腰椎管减压术围手术期予以综合护理的价值,为护理工作提供参考。方法选择2013年1月—2015年7月期间,该院收治的58例老年腰椎管狭窄伴糖尿病患者,均予以腰椎管减压术,分析其临床资料,以随机对照法分成研究组与对照组,每组各29例。对照组患者,我们予以围手术期常规干预,研究组患者,在常规干预的基础上加以围手术期综合护理干预,比较两组患者餐后2 h血糖、治疗效果及患者对护理的满意度。结果研究组患者的治疗优良率高于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者的护理满意率高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者的餐后2 h血糖值低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对老年腰椎管狭窄伴糖尿病患者予以围手术期综合护理干预,可以有效提高患者的治疗效果,同时提高护理满意率,该方法在临床护理工作中有推广价值,可借鉴使用。

Objective To exploreelderly patients with lumbar spinal stenosis associated with diabetes in lumbar spinal canal decompression to comprehensive perioperative nursing of value, provide a reference for nursing work.Methods To choose January 2013-2015 during July, our hospital 58 cases of elderly patients with lumbar spinal stenosis, lumbar spinal decompression are to be analyzed clinical data to randomized controlled study were divided into two groups, 29 cases in each group. The control group of patients, we give perioperative routine intervention, the study group patients to perioperative comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of conventional interventions, were compared 2h postprandial blood glucose, treatment and patient satisfaction with care.Results The team treatment of patients was higher than the control group, two groupsofcomparison,there is significant difference（P〈0.05）. Group of patients with nursing satisfaction rate is higher than the control group（P〈0.05）; Group of patients with postprandial blood glucose 2 h value is lower than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion For elderly patients with diabetes with lumbar spinal stenosis comprehensive perioperative nursing intervention, can effectively improve the therapeutic effect of patients, improve nursing satisfaction at the same time, it is worthy to spread this method in clinical nursing work, can be used for reference.
