优质护理干预对糖尿病患者消化道息肉内镜治疗的影响

The Effect of High-quality Nursing Intervention on Patients with Diabetes and Digestive Tract Polyp with Endoscopic Treatment

目的对糖尿病患者消化道息肉内镜治疗的过程采用优质服务方案,观察并分析这种方法的临床应用效果及价值。方法选取该院2014年3月—2015年1月72例糖尿病消化道息肉患者作为研究对象,全部患者采用内镜治疗,按照随机数字表法分成两组,每组36人。分别是试验组和对照组,对照组采用常规护理方案,试验组组采用优质服务的护理方案,比较观察患者满意度状况。结果分析两组患者分别使用不同方式护理后,对两组患者在治疗后的效果进行探讨,试验组对疾病治疗的总有效率(88.0%)明显高于对照组(62.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组的满意度(97.22%)明显高于对照组的满意度(66.67%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用优质服务的护理方案在对糖尿病消化道息肉患者进行护理,疗效及安全性比常规护理方案较显著,可促进患者早日康复,可以在临床上广泛推广使用。

Objective To observe and analyze the clinical application effect and value of high-quality nursing for patients with diabetes and digestive tract polyp with endoscopic treatment. Methods Seventy-two patients with diabetes and digestive tract polyp admitted in our hospital from March 2014 to January 2015 were selected as the subjects and divided into two groups, the experimental group and the control group with 36 cases in each in accordance with the random number table method. Endoscopic treatment was given to all the patients. Patients in the control group were treated by the conventional nursing, while those in the experimental group were treated by high-quality nursing. And the patient satisfaction of the two groups was observed and compared. Results After nursing, the treatment effect was investigated. The overall response rate was much higher in the experimental group than that in the control group （88.0% vs 62.0%）, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The patient satisfaction rate was much higher in the experimental group than that in the control group （97.22%vs 66.67%）, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion For patients with diabetes and digestive tract polyp, high-quality nursing has more significant effect and higher safety than the conventional nursing, which can promote the early rehabilitation of the patients, so it can be used and promoted extensively.
