慢性宫颈炎合并糖尿病综合诊治效果的临床探讨

Clinical Observation of Comprehensive Treatment Effect on Chronic Cervicitis and Diabetes

目的观察慢性宫颈炎合并糖尿病患者采用综合诊治的临床效果。方法将该院收治的慢性宫颈炎合并糖尿病患者64例随机分为两个组别,对照组采用单纯药物治疗,试验组进行综合治疗,观察两组患者的治疗效果,比较患者的恢复时间和随访复发率。结果试验组治疗有效31例(96.9%)高于对照组的25例(78.1%);患者阴道出血、阴道排液、治愈时间均短于对照组;随访结果显示复发率(6.3%)低于对照组(25.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合疗法治疗慢性宫颈炎合并糖尿病患者的效果确切,能够提高治疗有效率,缩短恢复时间,减少病情复发,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the chronic cervicitis diabetic patients with comprehensive diagnosis and treatment of clinical effect. Methods Chronic cervicitis patients with diabetes mellitus 64 patients admitted to our hospital were random-ly divided into two groups, the control group, drug treatment alone, comprehensive test group therapy, therapeutic effects were observed, more patient recovery time and follow-up recurrence rate. Results Therapeutically effective test group 31 patients （96.9%） higher than the 25 cases （78.1%）; vaginal bleeding patients, vaginal discharge, healing time shorter than the control group; follow-up showed that the recurrence rate （6.3%） than in control group （25.0%） , the difference was sta-tistically significant （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of combined therapy in patients with diabetes and chronic cervicitis exact, can improve treatment efficiency, shorten recovery time, reduce relapse, worthy of promotion.
