护理干预对糖尿病患者焦虑抑郁的效果研究

Effect of Nursing Intervention on Anxiety and Depression in Patients with Diabetes Mellitus

目的研究护理干预对糖尿病患者焦虑抑郁的效果。方法选择2014年1月—2015年1月该院收治的糖尿病患者100例,采用随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组,对照组采用常规护理模式,实验组采用护理干预模式,比较两组改善患者焦虑抑郁、护理满意度、患者血糖水平情况。结果实验组护理满意度96.0%明显高于对照组64.0%,实验组SAS与SDS护理后评分明显低于对照组,实验组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用护理干预的护理模式能够有效提高护理效果,促进护患关系,对改善患者焦虑抑郁,改善血糖水平具有积极作用,值得临床推广使用。

Objective Effect of nursing intervention on anxiety and depression in patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods From January 2014 to January 2015, 100 patients with diabetes were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The control group was treated with routine nursing, the experimental group was treated with nursing intervention model. The two groups were compared. Results The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group 64%, the SAS and SDS scores of the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group, the fasting blood glucose and postprandial blood glucose of the experimental group were significantly low-er than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Nursing intervention can effectively improve the nursing effect, promote the relationship between nurses and patients, improve the patient＇s anxi-ety and depression, improve blood glucose level has a positive role, it is worth clinical use.
