鸦胆子油乳联合放疗治疗鼻咽癌的临床疗效观察

Observation on the Clinic Effect of Fructus Brucea Oil Emulsion Combined with Radiation Therapy in the Treatment of Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma

目的:探讨鸦胆子油乳联合放疗治疗鼻咽癌的临床疗效及安全性。方法:将在我科就诊的154例鼻咽癌患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,治疗组患者在常规放射治疗的基础上联合鸦胆子油乳治疗,而对照组患者单纯接受常规放射治疗。待治疗结束后,观察并比较两组患者的临床疗效、血液学指标及不良反应的发生情况。结果:对照组和治疗组的临床有效率分别为63.16%、82.05%,治疗组的临床有效率明显高于对照组,两组间比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组患者的血液学指标如白细胞计数、红细胞计数、血红蛋白水平、CD4+/CD8+等均显著高于对照组,不良反应如恶心呕吐、张口困难、吞咽困难、声音嘶哑、口腔炎均明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:鸦胆子油乳联合放射治疗能够有效提高鼻咽癌患者的临床疗效,并且降低放疗所致的各种不良反应,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To investigate the therapeutic effect and safety of fructus brucea oil emulsion（FBE） combined with radiation therapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods： 154 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients admitted in our department were randomly divided into the radiation therapy group and FBE combined with radiation therapy group. The radiation therapy group was treated with radiation therapy alone, while the FBE combined with radiation therapy group was treated with FEB plus radiation therapy.After treatment, the therapeutic effect, hematological indexes and toxic effect were observed and compared between two groups. Results：The therapeutic effect of FBE combined with radiation therapy was superior to radiation therapy（82.05% vs, 63.16%, P〈0.05）. Moreover, the hematological indexes including white blood cell, red blood cell, hemoglobin and CD4＋/CD8＋in FBE combined with radiation therapy group were much higher than those in the radiation therapy group（P〈0.05）. The incidence of toxic effect including vomit, trismus,dysphagia, hoarseness, stomatitis in FBE combined with radiation therapy group was significantly lower than that in the radiation therapy group（P〈0.05）. Conclusions： FBE combined with radiation therapy could improve the clinical effects and relieve the radiation therapy indueced toxic effects of nasopharyngeal carcinoma, it was worth being popularized in clinic.
