摘要
研究体-壳单元组合建模法在圆柱壳开孔结构有限元分析中的应用,主要考虑多点约束(MPC)法在处理体单元与壳单元连接时的计算精度和效率。在Ansys中建立相应的模型,并与全壳单元模型及全实体单元模型的计算结果进行对比。结果表明,采用体-壳单元组合建模的模型在孔周壳板应力、结构屈曲模态及极限失稳响应等方面的计算结果与全壳单元模型及全实体模型偏差较小,结果比较可靠。
In this paper,the structure of cylindrical shell with opening using combination model of solid element andshell element was analyzed by finite element method. Multipoint constraint( MPC) method is mainly used to solve the connection between solid element and shell element when considering the calculation accuracy and efficiency of the model. The model of solid-shell element is established in Ansys,and compared with the model of shell element and the model of solid element. The result shows that in the aspects of the stress of the pressure hull near the opening,buckling mode of the structure and instability response,the combination model of solid and shell element is almost equal to the others,it is convincible.
