The Comparative Study on the Private Mode of Qi Opera in synchronic Horizon

祁剧在传承过程中有四种运作机制模式:旧时科班、剧团培养、祁剧传习所及现代聘用体制。其中第一和第四种属于私营模式,且在时间轴上具有共时性特征。这两种私营模式存在差异的主要原因在于,传承过程中人员关系与社会地位随历史条件的变化而发生了改变。

Qi opera has four operation mechanism in a long- term inheritance history, namely, old- type opera school, opera troupe cultivation, Qi opera teaching and learning, and modern employment system. The first and the fourth belong to the private mode, and the synchronic characteristics on the time- line.The main reason for the differences between the two private mode is that the personnel relationship during the inheritance along with the change of historical conditions and social status changed.
