通信工程设备集成商标准化管理研究

Study on the standardization managemen of system integrator by communication operator

针对运营商通信工程建设中设备集成商管理存在的问题,本文以PMBOK为理论基础,结合运营商的规章制度,对设备集成商的管理活动、工程资料、考核要求等方面进行标准化研究并付诸实施,实践证明能够减少工程实施风险,提高通信工程的管理水平。

To solve the problems existing in the management of the system integrator about communication, this paper based on the theory of PMBOK, combined with the rules of operator combination, analyzed the key control points of system integrator management, developed a series of standards for the system integrator management, to unify behavior of different system integrators, reduce communication engineering risks, improve the level of communication engineering construction.
