我国建筑垃圾产生量的时空特征分析 被引量:15

摘要 本文基于1995-2013年的全社会房屋施工、竣工面积数据,运用面积估算法对建筑垃圾产生量的时空变化特征分析,并得出以下结论:1全社会的房屋施工面积不断扩大,建筑垃圾产生量近年来增加明显。2003-2013年,除北京市、上海市和西藏自治区外,建筑垃圾产生量增长率均超过100%。2建筑垃圾主要来源于建筑拆除垃圾,建筑装修垃圾与人均可支配收入具有显著线性关系,随着人们对居住要求的提升而增加。3建筑垃圾产生量在空间上呈现出向东部沿海经济快速发展和人口大省集中的趋势,建筑垃圾问题已成为全国性的普遍问题。 This paper on the construction waste discharge in statistical analysis.Using area estimation, from 1995 to 2013 ofthe whole society area of the building construction, complete the following conclusion:(1) In 1995-2003, the whole society in ourcountry housing construction area of 2.151 billion square meters to 2.151 billion square meters, completed in area from 1.456billion square meters to 1.456 billion square meters. Housing construction and completion area expands unceasingly, especiallysince 2002, the housing construction area of the whole society rapidly increased, growth is more apparent in recent years.(2) Since1995, our country's construction waste years production increased steadily, the growth is more apparent in recent years.Constructionwaste production amount exceed 500 million tons in 2002, construction waste production amount of nearly 2 billion tons in 2013.From 2003 to 2013, in addition to Beijing, Shanghai and Tibet autonomous region, building garbage output growth rate more than100%. (3)Construction waste is mainly comes from construction demolition waste, architectural decoration waste and per capitadisposable income has a significant linear relationship. As the requirement of people to live to ascend, architectural decorationwaste will continue to increase. (4)There is a lot of construction waste generated provinces have to concentrate in the eastern coastaltrend.Henan, Jiangsu, Guangdong, Shandong and Zhejiang has been most of construction waste production amount. Constructionwaste problem has become a common problem on a nationwide scale.Development of construction waste recycling industry,constructs the construction waste resource recovery mode, will be an important task of our country realize the beautiful China in thefuture.
