麦默通微创手术在治疗乳腺多发性良性肿物中的应用

An Investigation into the Application of Mammotome Minimally Invasive Surgery in Treating Multiple Benign Mass of Breast

目的:探讨麦默通(Mammotone)微创旋切手术在治疗乳腺良性多发性肿物中的手术效果。方法:采用脉默通微创旋切手术对150例共677个乳腺肿物进行切除并随诊。结果:所有肿块均被切除,平均每个肿块切除时间为7min,皮肤切口长约0.5cm,术后有28例出现局部淤血,15例皮肤凹陷。8例乳头凹陷。活动性出血6例,术后3月随诊,所有患者预后良好。无明显瘢痕。多发性肿块各并发症发生率明显高于单侧单发肿块,P<0.05;且小肿块组完整切除率高于大肿块组,P<0.05。结论:脉默通微创手术治疗乳腺多发性肿物具有美观,安全,精确的特点。但有更多的并发症,需掌握熟练的手术技巧及适应征。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Mammotome minimally invasive surgery on benign multiple benign mass of breast.Methods:Excise a total of 677 breast masses of 150 patients through Mammo-tome minimally invasive surgery and pay follow-ups.Results:All masses were excised,mean excision time of the masses was 7min,the length of skin incision was about 0.5cm,after surgery,18 cases were found partial sludged blood,10 cases were found skin pitting,and the papillae of 8 cases pitted and 6 cases underwent active blooding .During the 3 months of follow-up after surgery,all all patients had favorable prognosis,no obvious scar was found .The occurrence of the complications of multiple masses was obviously higher than that of u-nilateral solitary masses,P<0.05;the complete excision rate of small masses was higher than that of big masses,P<0.05.Conclusion:It is aesthetic,safe and accurate to treat benign multiple benign mass of breast through Mammotome minimally invasive surgery,since there would be a lot of complications,it is neceassry to skillfully master surgical skills and relevant indications.
