手术室护理中采用优质护理服务模式的应用探析

An Investigation into the Application of High-quality Nursing Mode in Operating Room Nursing

目的：探讨优质护理服务模式在手术室护理当中的应用.方法：采用随机数字表法选择2013年9月~2014年9月来某院进行过手术治疗的患者120例,随机分为两组,观察组与对照组患者各60例,观察组采用优质护理方案,对照组采用常规护理方案,对两组患者护理后的满意度进行对比与分析.结果：观察组的护理满意度达到了95%,对照组护理满意度只有48.3%,对照组护理满意度明显低于观察组,P 〈0.05,差异显著具有统计学意义.结论：在针对手术治疗患者的手术室护理过程当中,采用优质护理服务模式能够更好的提高护理质量,对提高患者的手术治疗效果有一定积极意义,值得临床推广使用.

Objective:To Investigate the application of high-quality nursing mode in operating room nurs-ing.Methods:Select 120 patients who and were received in some hospital were going to underwent operation during the period from April 2013 to April 2014 and divide them into observation group and control group ac-cording to random table,60 cases for each group,the observation group received high-quality nursing while the control group were treated with conventional nursing,compare and analyze the satisfaction of the 2 groups after nursing.Results:The satisfaction of the observation group was up to 95%,while the figure was only 48.3%,the satisfaction of the control group was significant lower than that of the observation group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:During the operating room nursing for patients receiving operation,the application of high-quality nursing mode can improve the nursing quality much more, it is of some significance to improve the operation effect on patients,it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
