0～6月婴儿母乳喂养影响因素研究

A study on the influencing factors of breastfeeding for 0-6 month infants

目的调查6个月以下婴儿母乳喂养情况及影响因素,为提高母乳喂养率提供依据。方法自编调查问卷,选取丽水市城市和农村6月以下婴儿母亲620人进行母乳喂养情况调查,就婴儿喂养、母亲情况及影响母乳喂养的相关因素进行Logistic分析。结果调查婴儿母亲584人,6个月以下婴儿纯母乳喂养率为39.73%,其中农村为37.76%,城市为41.61%,城、乡纯母乳喂养率差异无统计学意义(P=0.342)。早产儿、母亲有妊娠合并症和母亲孕期接受健康教育是纯母乳喂养的影响因素(P<0.05)。城市和农村母亲因奶水不足,怕孩子吃不饱而添加奶粉的各占77.01%和75.28%。结论城乡纯母乳喂养率均较低,应加强孕期母乳喂养健康教育,提高纯母乳喂养率。

Objective To learn the current status and influencing factors of breastfeeding for 0- 6 month infants,and to provide basic information for increasing breastfeeding rate and making intervention measures. Methods Stratified sampling method were used and 620 mothers were selected in urban and rural area in Lishui. Investigations were conducted by questionnaire and the influencing factors of breastfeeding were analyzed. Results A total of 584 mothers of infants were investigated. The response rate was 94. 19%. The exclusive breastfeeding rate of infants under 6 months was 39. 73%,in which rural made up 37. 76% while urban made up 41. 61%. Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that premature infant,mother with pregnancy complications and mother received health education during pregnancy were the influencing factors of exclusive breastfeeding( P < 0. 05). The rate of mixed feeding was 77. 01% and 75. 28% in urban and rural area in Lishui,respectively. Conclusions The exclusive breastfeeding rate was low both in urban and rural area,and health education for breastfeeding during pregnancy should be strengthened.
