摘要
目的了解电子产品铝合金外壳制造行业的职业病危害及其关键控制点。方法采用现场职业卫生调查和职业病危害因素检测相结合的方法,根据危害分析关键控制点(HACCP)理论,对苏州某电子产品铝合金外壳生产企业进行职业病危害关键控制点分析。结果该企业主要存在噪声、生产性粉尘和有害气体等职业病危害因素,有毒物质和生产性粉尘监测结果均合格,噪声合格率仅为37.29%,压铸、研磨、数控机床(CNC)加工等车间为职业病危害关键控制点。结论电子产品铝合金外壳制造行业存在着职业中毒、尘肺病、职业性噪声聋等风险,运用HACCP理论对其进行职业病防控具有一定实践意义。
[Objective]To investigate the occupational hazards and critical control points of the electronic products aluminum alloy shell manufacturing enterprise. [Methods]By using the combination of field occupational health survey and occupational hazard factors test,the occupational hazards and critical control points of an electronic products aluminum alloy shell manufacturing enterprise in Suzhou City were analyzed according to HACCP theory. [Results]The major occupational hazards of this enterprise were noise,industrial dusts and harmful gases. The monitoring results of the toxicants and industrial dusts all met the occupational exposure limits. But the qualified rate of noise was only 37.29%.The die-casting,grinding and CNC machine workplaces were the critical control points.[Conclusion]There are the risks of occupational poisoning,pneumoconiosis disease and noise-induced hearing loss in electronic products aluminum alloy shell manufacturing industry. The application of HACCP theory has practical significance on occupational disease prevention and control.
