Determination of selenium in soil, corn and wheat by atomic fluorescence spectrometry with wet digestion and microwave digestion

摘要 目的建立一种微波消解-原子荧光法测定小麦与玉米中硒与湿法消解-原子荧光法测定土壤中硒的方法,并对小麦、玉米和土壤进行分析测定。方法食品样品经浓硝酸微波消解定容,土壤经混合酸(硝酸∶高氯酸=3∶2)湿法消解定容,用AFS-230a型双道原子荧光分光光度计测定硒含量。结果该法测得硒在0~16μg/L范围内线性良好,检出限为0.025μg/L,加标回收率为85.34%~100.68%,方法 RSD为0.76%。结论该方法快速、灵敏、简单,适合用于小麦、玉米与土壤中硒含量的测定。 [Objective]To establish the method for determination of selenium in wheat and corn with microwave digestion and selenium in soil with wet digestion by atomic fluorescence spectrometry, analyze and detect the wheat, corn and soil.[Methods]The food samples were digested by concentrated nitric acid with microwave,the soil samples were treated by mixed acid(nitric:perchloric acid=3∶2)with wet digestion. After digestion and constant volume,the selenium content was determined by AFS-230 a dual-channel atomic fluorescence spectrometer.[Results]There was a good linearity within the selenium concentration of 0-16 μg/L,the detection limit was 0.025 μg/L,the recoveries of standard addition were 85.34%-100.68%,and RSD was 0.76%.[Conclusion]The method is rapid,sensitive and simple,which is suitable for the determination of selenium in wheat,cron and soil.
