北京铁路局天津辖区单位职业病防治调查分析

Investigation and analysis on the occupational disease prevention and control in Tianjin area institutions of Beijing Railway Bureau

目的了解天津辖区单位开展职业病防治工作情况,查找上述单位职业病防治工作中存在的问题。方法依据《用人单位职业病防治指南》,设计用人单位职业病防治工作评估表,对天津辖区单位进行调查评估。结果 2011—2013年度辖区铁路企业单位职业病防治得分合格率分别为69.2%、81.5%和93.5%,呈逐年增高趋势;A、B级单位的比例也逐年增加。各年度的组织机构和规章建设、材料和设备管理、履行告知义务等9项指标合格率呈逐年增高趋势,其差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。但在某些环节还暴露出一些问题。结论天津辖区单位职业病防治工作还处于起步阶段,职业病防治工作问题较多,企业仍需常抓不懈。

[Objective]To know the occupational disease prevention work in Tianjin area institutions, find out the existing problems.[Methods]Based on the Guideline for employer of prevention and control of occupational diseases,the evaluation form for employer occupational disease prevention work was designed to investigate the Tianjin area institutions. [Results]The annual qualified rate of occupational disease prevention work in Tianjin area railway institutions was respectively 69.2%,81.5% and93.5%,which increased year by year. The proportion of class A and B institutions increased gradually. The annual qualified rates of 9 indexes,such as organization and regulations construction,material and equipment management,and implementation of disclosure duty,showed a rising trend year by year,and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. However,there were still some problems. [Conclusion]The occupational disease prevention work in Tianjin area institutions is still in the initial stage,with some problems,and the enterprises should strengthen the occupational disease prevention and control sequentially.
