从气机“升降出入”理论析识脉象

气机升降理论源于《黄帝内经》,气的"升降出入"之理蕴含于万物生长变化之中。脉象之变化亦符合气的升降出入规律。从气机升降理论探究脉象之态势,认为气血是脉象形成的基础,气的"升降出入"可以在脉象上有所反映,通过把握脉象,可以判断人体内气机"升降出入"的正常与否。了解气机升降的道理,而后认识脉象,则可以做到"心中了了,指下亦可名状矣"。

The theory of qi activity originates from the Canon of Internal Medicine,all living matter can be viewed from the standpoint of this theory,and pulse-taking is included. Analyze pulse condition from the aspect of qi movement. Qi is a foundation for the formation of pulse condition and pulse condition reflect the rise and fall of qi and blood,in addi-tion,through grasping the pulse condition,we can judge that whether the qi movement is disorder. Well understanding the theory of qi activity firstly,then we can have a deeper understanding of pulse condition in heart and tell the feeling of the fingers.
