摘要
目的探讨复方参花搽剂的体外抑菌作用。方法采用K-B纸片扩散法,观察复方参花搽剂滤纸片对金黄色葡萄球菌、变形杆菌、大肠杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌的抑菌活性,测定抑菌圈直径。结果金黄色葡萄球菌对复方参花搽剂有较强的敏感性,抑菌圈直径19.32mm;变形杆菌、大肠杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌对复方参花搽剂中度敏感。结论复方参花搽剂对金黄色葡萄球菌、变形杆菌、大肠杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌有明显的抑制作用。
Objective To investigate in vitro bacteriostasis of compound Shenhua liniment. Methods The bacteriostatic activity of this liniment on Staphylococcus aureus,proteusbacillus vulgaris,escherichia coli and pseudomonas aeruginosa was observed through the K-B disk diffusion method. Results Staphylococcus aureus had a strongly sensitive to compound Shenhua linimen,the inhibition zone diameter being 19.32 mm,and proteusbacillus vulgaris,escherichia coli and pseudomonas showed midrange sensitive to this liniment. Conclusion The results of antimicrobial test indicate that this liniment has apparent inhibition on Staphylococcusaureus,proteusbacillus vulgaris,escherichia coli and pseudomonas aeruginosa.
